Autumn is almost upon us, and whilst we’re looking forward to cosy evenings, pumpkin picking and spooky fun, there’s one thing that we look forward to every September, and that’s a brand new season of the world-renowned Warehouse Project. This autumn, Depot Mayfield is set to host some of the absolute best in house, dance, techno and plenty more music, and with some drastic changes being made, Warehouse Project 2025 is set to be a season like no other.

The Warehouse Project 2025 season entry policy & banned items
Entry Policy for the Warehouse Project 2025 season
- The Warehouse Project promotes sensible drinking.
- WHP does not tolerate drug taking – anyone found with drugs will be ejected. This includes psychoactive substances.
- Drug surrender bins are available at the entrance. Anyone found with drugs will be ejected.
- Drug detection dogs are present at all events.
- ID will be checked on entry. Challenge 25 is in operation in the venue.
- No large bags/rucksacks allowed into the venue, max size is a size A4 envelope.
- Valid Passports & Drivers Licence will be accepted on entry.
- A ticket does not guarantee entry if you do not adhere to the entrance policy.
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry.
- Once in the venue, you are not able to leave and re-enter.
- A search policy is in operation on entry.
Warehouse Project 2025 season prohibited items
- No liquids, glasses or aerosols, including perfumes, make up or sprays.
- 10ml max for vaping liquid.
- No food or drinks of any sort.
- No football shirts/football clothing or face coverings/masks/balaclavas.
- No weapons, lasers, flares or pyrotechnic devices.
- No umbrellas.
- No high-visibility vests.
- No chewing gum allowed in this venue.
New rules & facilities for the Warehouse Project 2025 season
This year, the WHP25 calendar features several Concourse Only shows. As part of a growing movement towards deeper audience connection, shows held exclusively in the Concourse will fully adopt a ‘no phones’ policy, encouraging fans to stay in the moment, immerse themselves in the music, and connect with those around them and the artists, without the filter of a screen.
Beyond the dancefloor, WHP25 also brings major upgrades to the iconic Depot Mayfield. Brand new built-in toilet facilities across the venue for a smoother and more comfortable night out, improved entrances to help reduce queuing and enhance flow throughout the venue, and upgraded viewing platforms for VIP ticketholders.

Where is the Warehouse Project 2025 season taking place & what’s the best way to get there?
📍 Warehouse Project is held at Depot Mayfield, 11 Baring St, Manchester M1 2PY.
Train: Since Depot Mayfield is just across the road from Manchester Piccadilly station, train is a particularly easy option – just exit the station onto Fairfield Street, cross the road and within around five minutes, you’re there!
Tram: Similarly to the train, tram is an easy option if you can get to Manchester Piccadilly. If not, Depot Mayfield is still within walking distance from the likes of New Islington, Piccadilly Gardens, and others.
Bus: Plenty of buses pass nearby Depot Mayfield, making it a good option for Warehouse Project transport, dropping off on either Fairfield Street or London Road. The likes of the 147, 192, 201, 202, 203, 205, 219 and 221 buses stop around here, so if these are your local buses, it could be the easiest option.
Plus, Piccadilly Gardens bus station is just a stone’s throw away, so you’ll only be walking around 10/15 minutes from here.
Taxi: If you need to be picked up or dropped off by taxi, you can either utilise the Manchester Piccadilly taxi rank, or organise pick up/drop off more directly outside Depot Mayfield – just be sure to be specific about the location as it can get chaotic.
