Watson Street’s iconic arches will be brought back to life again.
Three Little Words and Manchester Gin will be reopening their doors this Friday, following a four-month closure as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic.
To celebrate the occasion, the stunning cocktail bar will be launching a brand new set menu, with a new Manchester Gin summer gin to accompany – and it sounds delicious. Infused with Rose & Hibiscus to create a beautiful, floral gin, the drink combines the local brand’s signature botanicals (dandelion burdock root) with the summery flavours, resulting in a light and refreshing G&T to enjoy now that the sun’s peeking out.
The brand new food menu will see a variety of beautiful dishes (which were originally released earlier this year) collated in a set menu, with dishes such as rainbow trout in nduja butter, lime and coconut chicken with spicy rice and a number of vegan options to choose from, too. The set menu will include two courses for £18.50 and three for just £22.50.
If that wasn’t enough to excite you, their much-loved Sunday roast will also be returning, featuring succulent roast beef and fluffy Yorkshire puds (which are sure to go down a treat with the new gin!).
In addition to the bar and restaurant, the Spirit of Manchester Distillery tours will also resume, allowing gin fans to see what goes on behind-the-scenes, and even learn how to make gin themselves. Tours will take place Thursdays-Sundays, and the Gin Making Experiences will take place Fridays-Sundays.
Across the venue, there will be a number of increased safety measures, including PPE worn by all staff, reduced capacities in the bar, restaurant and distillery, staff working “bubbles”, digital menus and app ordering, table service and a reduced menu to allow the kitchen staff to safely work.
Booking is recommended, and you can secure your table here.
