Following the success of its first Trafford Centre residency earlier this summer, the UK’s most-followed jacket potato creators SpudBros are set to make a return for six days only. SpudBros have announced that they will be bringing back their much-loved spuds to the Greater Manchester shopping centre for a second pop-up from next week.
With the shopping centre’s summer fair continuing throughout the holidays, families can combine thrilling rides, great shopping and SpudBros’ famous loaded potatoes for a great summer day out.
From the Tram Classic, loaded with garlic butter, the signature three-cheese mix, beans, crispy onions and world-famous tram sauce, to the Spudfather topped with chilli con carne, tuna and coleslaw, guests can enjoy a range of flavour-packed options alongside the ever-popular build-your-own potato, allowing every customer to create their perfect spud.
When will the SpudBros Trafford Centre pop-up be open and where to find it
From Monday 24 August to Saturday 29 August, the SpudBros tram will once again be located outside The Great Hall of the Trafford Centre. SpudBros will be serving its famous loaded jacket potatoes daily from 12pm-8pm, giving visitors another chance to enjoy a range of the classic SpudBros favourites.

“The response to our first week at Trafford Centre was incredible, so we couldn’t be more excited to return.”
Jacob Nelson, Co-Founder of SpudBros, said: “The response to our first week at Trafford Centre was incredible, so we couldn’t be more excited to return. Manchester has always shown us so much support online and it was amazing to finally bring SpudBros to the city. We’re looking forward to serving even more visitors and welcoming back everyone who came to see us the first time around.”
Simon Layton, Centre Director at Trafford Centre, said: “SpudBros was a fantastic addition to our summer line-up and proved hugely popular with our visitors, so we’re delighted to welcome the team back for a second pop-up. Bringing exciting brands and unique experiences to Trafford Centre is a key part of our strategy, and we’re looking forward to giving shoppers another chance to enjoy one of the UK’s biggest food success stories.”
