Great news for South Manchester dwellers.
Following exponential success at both Manchester sites in Ancoats and on Peter Street, Rudy’s has officially cast their Manc net a little wider – this time, heading to the South Manchester suburbs.
Opening up a brand new site in Sale, on Northenden Road, the much-loved pizzeria is now serving up its famous authentic Neapolitan pizzas for residents south of the city to enjoy – with both takeaway and delivery available under the new tier 3 restrictions.
Fans of the cult fave pizzeria can expect the usual classics and a number of weekly specials, including their tasty Margherita, calabrese, and meatier options such as the Carni. Each pizza is made fresh daily with Caputo ‘00’ flour which has been left to ferment for at least 24 hours, alongside the best quality ingredients imported twice a week from Naples, including San Marzano tomatoes grown on fields next to Mount Vesuvius, and Fior di Latte mozzarella.
In recent years, the family-founded restaurant – which was named after the owner’s dog – has achieved nationwide success, seeing successful launches in Birmingham, Liverpool, Leeds and now with their popular bake at home pizzas which are available for UK home delivery.
Fans of the pizzeria, including ourselves, found Rudy’s facing their usual popularity during lockdown, with many city residents taking to Deliveroo to get a slice of their delicious pizzas – which were actually voted the best in the UK and tenth best in the world in the past year.
Rudy’s Sale is available to order from now, with click and collect and delivery options available via Deliveroo.
