Ok, so at this point, a bottomless brunch is nothing new. Hey, it’s just your average Saturday morning for most. But a pie-themed bottomless brunch? Now you’ve got our attention.
Relaunching at Pieminister this month, Mancs will soon be able to fill up on some of the best pies in the biz, accompanied by the glamour of free-flowing bevvies to start the day on a high note.
Coming to Pieminister’s Deansgate venue, among others across the UK, the £25 brunch will take place every single Saturday (starting from March 19th), giving guests a whole hour and a half to enjoy a brunch pie dish of their choice, alongside free-flowing Aperol Spritz, draught beers, prosecco, or mimosas. Can’t get any more Northern than that.
The restaurant offers a number of fantastic pies to try on its brunch menu, too – which, alone are enough to have us out of bed on a weekend – including the Morning Glory; filled with sausage, bacon, bechamel sauce and baked egg, the Sunny Pie Up; filled with red onion and rosemary veggie sausages, bechamel sauce and a baked egg, and a Bangin’ Bean Skillet; a veggie dish consisting of smoky baked beans, halloumi and egg. Each pie is served with a boat of smoky baked beans to lather over the top, alongside a mountain of delicious garlic potatoes and cherry vine tomatoes.
Bookings for Pieminister’s Bottomless Brunch are open now, and you can enjoy it at 198 Deansgate, M3 3NE. Other cities taking part include Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds and Liverpool. Find out more.
