Ok, so at this point, a bottomless brunch is nothing new. Hey, it’s just your average Saturday morning for most. But a pie-themed bottomless brunch? Now you’ve got our attention. Relaunching at Pieminister this month, Mancs will soon be able to fill up on some of the best pies in the business at this bottomless brunch accompanied by the glamour of free-flowing bevvies to start the day on a high note.
Coming to Pieminister’s Deansgate and Church Street venues, among others across the UK, the £27 brunch will take place from 12pm every single Saturday (and bank holiday Sunday) from April 13, giving guests two hours to enjoy a brunch pie dish of their choice, alongside free-flowing Aperol Spritz, draught beers, prosecco, mimosas, passion fruit martinis or espresso martinis. Can’t get any more Northern than that.
The restaurant offers a number of fantastic pies to try on its brunch menu, too – which, alone are enough to have us out of bed on a weekend – including the Moolin Rouge; filled with British beef steak, dry cured bacon and red wine, Free Ranger; filled with free range British chicken, ham, leek and thyme, and Mooless Moo; filled with jackfruit ‘steak’, craft ale and black pepper. Each pie is served with one side of your choice and lashings of gravy.
You can even upgrade to the Mother of All Brunches (costing £30) where you’ll enjoy any award-winning pie, mash, minty mushy peas, Cheddar cheese, crispy onions and gravy alongside bottomless drinks. There’s also the option to enjoy a Mediterranean-inspired crispy filo pastry pie instead too with fillings like Moroccan-spiced carrot, spinach and chickpea; spinach, feta cheese, kale, lemon and garlic; or free range chicken, harissa, red pepper and chickpea.
Bookings for bottomless brunch at Pieminister are open now, and you can enjoy it at 198 Deansgate, M3 3NE and 53 Church Street. Find out more.
