We think we might’ve found our new favourite bottomless brunch spot. Combining our love for brunch, steak and unlimited cocktails, Manchester restaurant Gaucho has launched a bottomless brunch featuring not one, not two but three courses.
The Argentine steakhouse is not only offering 90 minutes of free-flowing drinks but also unlimited starters to gorge on during your bottomless brunch. And even bread on arrival! Guests can choose from the likes of morcilla and chorizo sausages with picante rojo and lemon aioli; beef or sweet potato and provolone empanadas; burrata with cherry tomato jam and sourdough bread; and a vegan option of smoked corn ceviche.
In true Gaucho-style, the restaurant’s bottomless brunch is not short of prime cuts of free-range Aberdeen Angus beef, reared on the flat grasslands of the Pampas. Mains include spiral-cut churrasco de cuadril marinated in garlic, parsley and olive oil; a brunch burger with a 100% Argentine beef patty, cherry tomato jam, Portobello mushroom, egg and streaky bacon; and steak and egg with chimichurri and French fries. Veggies can tuck into an ancient grain salad of almonds, pistachio, chickpeas, cranberries, sesame-crusted feta and Green Goddess dressing.
And what is brunch without unlimited drinks? The bottomless brunch deal at Gaucho gives diners the chance to enjoy 90 minutes of unlimited Citrus Negronis, Pornstar Martinis, spritzes, lager or wine with the choice of red, white, rosé or sparkling. Gaucho also offer a range of non-alcoholic drinks including the likes of Rhubarb Spritz, Watermelon Mojito and Clean Paloma.
To top it off, there’s dessert included with this bottomless brunch at Gaucho. Select from either their chocolate brownie with white chocolate ice cream or caramelised banana pancake with Nutella and dulce mousse.
The bottomless brunch is available on the last Saturday of the month between 11am and 4pm (last seating at 2pm) at Gaucho’s gorgeous restaurant on Deansgate complete with dazzling chandeliers and comfy leather booths. Priced from £50 per person, you can book your bottomless brunch at Gaucho here.
