Following its success last year, Spinningfields bar The Oast House is bringing its music festival back to the city this Easter weekend (and the bank holidays to follow) with a jam-packed line-up. Known as Manifest, the festival will kick off on Sunday 31st March with a full day event featuring music from talented artists, street food and flowing drinks.
Taking place on the large outdoor terrace at The Oast House, complete with a dedicated stage, Manifest will run from 1pm in the afternoon until late, with a packed roster of musicians lined up including bands, solo artists and duos taking to the stage throughout the day with interludes from resident DJs. Attendees can expect a party atmosphere all night and sounds of rock, pop, soul, R&B, funk, disco and blues.
Festival-goers can cool down with cold pints and house-made cocktails including twists on the classics such as Watermelon Margarita, Passionfruit Colada and Pink Gin Punch. The Oast House’s unique street food menu will also be on offer throughout the weekend, for those looking to line their stomachs during the festivities.
Tuck into signature dishes such as Katsu Chicken Fries, Northern Poutine with bone marrow gravy and Shorrock’s Lancashire cheese, chicken or plant-based gyros, stacked burgers, hot wings and hanging kebabs as you listening to some incredible tunes and soak up the atmosphere.
The event is not ticketed and is free to attend on a first come, first served basis. Last year’s event saw queues at the door so The Oast House recommends getting there early to avoid disappointment. Manifest is also set to return to The Oast House again on each bank holiday weekend throughout the spring and summer. Manifest will take place at The Oast House on March 31, May 5, May 26, June 29, July 27 and August 25.
