Co-op Live, the UK’s newest and largest music-first indoor arena in Manchester, has announced the launch of a new premium experience called Hideaway, which has been curated by renowned celebrity chef Simon Rimmer. Hideaway represents the next evolution in the arena’s premium offerings, promising a combination of “exceptional dining, live entertainment, and luxurious surroundings with a party atmosphere”.
The new design and offering of Hideaway replaces the former Decibel Lounge and is now the only premium membership still available at Co-op Live, with all other experiences across the venue having sold out, including the Bentley Record Room. Hideaway membership includes tickets to the venue’s most coveted seating for all publicly ticketed events in section 103, as well as entry to Hideaway before and after shows – offering “a one-of-a-kind space” where guests can unwind and savour a Mediterranean-inspired menu created exclusively by Simon Rimmer.
Best known for his lead appearance on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch and having owned two vegetarian restaurants in Greater Manchester, Greens, which both sadly closed, Simon Rimmer has designed a menu that elevates late-night dining. Guests will enjoy Mediterranean street food with a twist, featuring exquisite kebabs and small plates that reimagine pre- and post-show quick bites, in a fittingly designed environment.
To complement the dining experience, Hideaway will offer expertly-crafted Moët & Chandon champagne and Hennessy Cognac cocktails that perfectly pair with the flavours and theatre of the menu. Early members will also receive a personalised liquor locker with a bottle of Hennessy Paradis or Armand De Brignac included to celebrate their membership.

The interiors at Hideaway will have a sophisticated Mediterranean style, with cosy nooks and plush seating that invite guests to celebrate in a luxurious setting. The space will also feature live DJs and live performances, aligning with the theme of the main live event in the arena, further boosting the pre- and post-show vibes.
