Missing the gym?
Manchester-based Hero Training Clubs has launched a free online initiative to help you keep fit and well while the nation implements ‘social distancing’. Starting from this week, the luxury health club will be offering online workouts for everyone to enjoy – whether you’re a member or not.
The initiative will see a regular schedule of classes to choose from throughout the day, with a number of workouts to suit everyone’s exercise styles – and the club is encouraging everyone to take part.
Speaking of the free classes, Joe Gaunt, CEO & Founder of Hero Training Clubs said:
“While we know daily life is changing dramatically for a lot of people, the need to exercise and stay physically and psychologically healthy is not and that’s why, in light of various closures across the UK, we’re offering heroLIVE, free daily virtual fitness classes for everyone on our Instagram channel.”
Continuing: “It’s time like these that we need to pull together and show solidarity, support and commitment to those around us. It’s our ambition to deliver positive change by creating healthier and happier communities, one unique human at a time.”
The classes will be run by a world-class coaching team of experts, who specialise in exercises such as HIIT and Yoga, and they’ll be suitable for everyone, whether you’re a gym newbie or a veteran. Not only that, but the Hero team will also be on hand on the company’s social media channels to give advice to people during this time, whether it’s how to keep up some normality in your fitness regime, to how to stay healthy while staying at home.
The club will continue to share the schedules for their Instagram live workouts, which you can check out here.
