Bringing you the best of Alpine-inspired dishes and feasts inspired by the team’s travels across Alpine Europe, the menus consist of new Alpine creations and Albert’s classics alike.
New for spring/summer is the Alpine-inspired food menu, including the introduction of Haus of Schnitzel, any chicken lover’s dream. Tyrolean Schnitzel joins the existing stellar schnitzel lineup, which features a large, breaded chicken breast with ‘nduja, mozzarella, parmesan and spaghetti pomodoro.
Start your Cook Haus experience the right way with new starter Haus Flammkuchen; Haus-baked flatbread with fondue, crème fraiche, soft onions, asparagus ribbons, mountain herbs, and a choice of crispy prosciutto or sun-blushed tomato to complete.
Also new to the menu is the Ultimat Alpine Krokette with four mountain cheeses, tomato and herb sauce, in addition to asparagus and eggs featuring charred and marinated asparagus, crispy fried Burford brown egg and Frankfurt sauce. A Schloss ‘klassic’ returns to the main menu; Fish Frites – wünderful Haddock goujons, fried capers, fries, mushy peas and tartar sauce.
Perfect for having a social with friends, sharing menu options include fondue – lashings of melted gruyere and emmental with white wine, Haus pickles, sourdough and new potatoes. And perhaps the the jewel in the Schloss crown, the indulgent Bavarian Feast, featuring a banquet of roast pork knuckle, chicken schnitzel, bratwurst, kaiserwurst and honey roast pork belly. This is all alongside sformato, braised red cabbage, seasonal greens, bier jus, rainbow sauerkraut and pickles, allowing you to whet your Alpine appetite whilst leaving extra room to fully enjoy the Bier Garten‘s finest offerings.
Offering something for everyone, Albert’s Schloss’s brand-new drinks menu welcomes you to its Lustgarten – a grandiose pleasure garden belonging to this iconic Pleasure Palace – featuring specially curated seasonal cocktails, refreshing sustainable spritz, Haus-made Artisan Schnapps and an Alpine wine selection.
The crown of the new Albert’s Schloss menu is the Prince Albert and Queen Victoria inspired cocktails.
