We get very passionate about football in the UK, but particularly here in Manchester. With our major rival teams and some of the most cutting-edge venues for a kick about, Manchester is synonymous the world over with the beautiful game, so when it comes to the World Cup, you can bet we’ve got plenty of spots to take in all the action.
With the group stage kicking off on June 11, taking the all-encompassing tournament through to the July 19 final, the world is set to be swept up for over a month with all the action beamed over from the US, Canada and Mexico – and plenty of spots are taking the time difference into consideration. We’ve rounded up the best places in Manchester to watch this year’s World Cup, win or lose.

The iconic industrial beer hall – one of Manchester’s most electric live event spaces – is being purpose-built into the city’s ultimate World Cup destination. Think massive LED screens, thundering sound, a crowd of thousands and a pre-match show that turns every game into a headline event before a ball has even been kicked.
World Cup Nights at Diecast covers every major England fixture from the group stage through to the final, and every single night is built to sell out.
