Following a successful launch last year, Treehouse Hotel Manchester has announced that it will be opening its final phase this summer. Treehouse Hotel Manchester is set to unveil an all-new 14th floor that brings together two experience-led dining concepts, a hidden rooftop lounge, and nine premium suites.
Building on its 224 uniquely designed guest rooms, award-winning Pip restaurant, and extended amenities, including the Flix cinema and Playground gym, the 14th floor introduces “a dynamic day-to-night destination” to the hotel. Treehouse Hotel Manchester’s final phase is set to combine rooftop dining, late-night drinks, and curated cultural programming with panoramic skyline views.

Nine Premium Suites
From expansive Presidential Suites to interconnecting rooms, the hotel’s suites at Treehouse Hotel are expected to “redefine elevated stays in Manchester”. Guests can expect generous layouts, walk-in wardrobes, kitchens, playful design details, and skyline views. Select suites can be combined for exclusive use, offering complete privacy, a dedicated entrance, and a tranquil city retreat.
New rooftop restaurant and signature bar
The latest addition includes two new food and beverage concepts, rooftop restaurant Sistermoon by Sam Grainger, alongside collaborators Luke Cowdrey and Justin Crawford, and signature bar The Nest, both offering panoramic views across Manchester. Sistermoon is a Southeast Asian BBQ concept rooted in authentic Thai cuisine, inspired by Sam Grainger’s time cooking with a local family in Thailand. The Nest promises to be a vibrant rooftop bar on the 14th floor, offering sweeping city views and an energetic atmosphere for late-night drinks, celebrations, and social occasions.
Rooftop lounge for private hire
Known as The Hideout, Treehouse Hotel Manchester will also be home to a secluded rooftop lounge and terrace designed for private hire. The Hideout will feature an intimate setting for events under the stars, alongside surprise performances from Manchester’s creative community.
