1. Inflata Nation
Inflata Nation is “all about the balls” − their words, not ours − with loads of jaw dropping features and fun activities including the epic double tipping slide, twice the fun but can you hang on? The breathtaking Ballcano and Blue Lagoon ball pit will have you laughing out loud − watch out for the Ball Pit Blasters, unless you can commandeer them yourself! 2. Kickair
One of the closest trampoline parks to Manchester city centre is Kickair, which is perfect for those who love both football and jumping in the air. If you fancy hitting new heights, Kickair has the Airzone which offers access to all the trampolines, total wipeout, basketball and dodgeball, as well as huge inflatable slides and an assault course. However, putting the ‘kick’ in Kickair is a zone dedicated to practising your footy skills where you can take on the Robokeeper or try and score the highest on football darts. As for little ones aged one to five years old, they can go wild in the two-tiered soft play area.

3. Flip Out
If you’re looking for a spot that’ll keep the kids entertained for hours on end then Flip Out has got you covered. It is quite possibly one of the biggest trampoline parks and play centres in the region as the Manchester site boasts a whopping 17 attractions – so it is most definitely all fun and games here! From fliptastic trampolines to Gladiator-style battle beams, go karts to drop slides, a laser maze to a ninja obstacle course, junior stunt zone to slamball, Flip Out is brimming with entertainment. 4. Oxygen Activeplay
One of the newest trampoline parks on the block is Oxygen Activeplay located in the Greater Manchester area of Salford Quays. Taking over the former site of ‘I’m a Celebrity Jungle Challenge’ in MediaCity, Oxygen Activeplay boasts around 24 trampolines, whilst also featuring a mega-air bag and Oxygen’s signature Excite Tunnel, an illuminated, sensory experience. Families are able to get even more airtime, as Oxygen is also home to a high ropes course, where bouncers over 135cm can navigate across six challenging crossings, while the Sky Rider will give thrill seekers a sky-high feeling as they take flight and soar over the park on a harness. Plus, on the first Friday of every month, Oxygen at MediaCity hosts a Neon Night party, where the lights are turned down low, the music is pumped up and the disco neon lights are on full blast.

5. Total Ninja
Families can kick boredom to the curb on weekends and school holidays with some ninja fun at Total Ninja Manchester, the UK’s largest indoor ninja obstacle and air park. Thrill-seekers can take on obstacles, climbing, leaping and swinging their way through over 25 challenges. Ninjas can find their inner calm on Balance Logs, sail through the Sea of Swings and reach new highs on the challenging Warped Wall, with challenges ranging to suit all ages and abilities. 6. AirVault
Located in Westhoughton, near Bolton, AirVault is another perfect spot for the fun yet low-impact exercise of trampolining. The venue boasts a host of interconnected, spring-loaded trampolines, an inflatable zone, air bag, jump tower, obstacle course, slides and ninja wall. Plus, if you’re all out of energy when it comes to jumping, there’s a mezzanine café, an arcade and a covered sports court featuring a football net, three basketball hoops and a Velcro dart board with Velcro footballs.

7. Velocity Trampoline Park
Velocity in the Greater Manchester town of Wigan is said to be one of the largest trampoline parks in Europe, and it’s a great spot for having fun with friends, practising flips, leaps and keeping fit. The jump sessions at Velocity Trampoline Park include access to their giant air bag, where you can practise your somersaults and flips, landing in the comfort of an oversized, air filled cushion. For those with even more gymnastic ability, the venue’s tumble track trampolines give you the chance to showcase your talent.
