From becoming a hub for arts and socialising, and providing a gorgeous green space in the Redbank area, Fairfield Social Club has cemented itself in Manchester. However, this July, Mancs will able to wander through a sea of independent stalls inside the club, in the N.O.M.A district, as The Night Market returns to Manchester.
Having taken over Victoria Baths, the empty swimming pool that looks straight out of a Wes Anderson film, a couple of years ago, The Night Market will take residence within the community space of Fairfield Social Club. From the hours between 6pm and 11pm on Friday 26 July, the organisers will create the ultimate shopping experience meets an alternative festival night out.
This new venue promises to be a real treat for everyone, promising visitors a complete venue take over with every area bursting at the seams. That’s right, over 50 fantastic artists, crafters and small businesses will be ready to welcome you in the Club, the Shed, the Back Room and the Garden.
Night Market festivities will be joined by stellar DJ Clara B, and superb street food can be found in the Garden courtesy of Isit Kitchen, plus pizza from Killa Carbs! Be warned, the night promises to be a more intimate affair than previous years, and tickets will be limited − so organisers recommend you think fast and book ahead of time.
Are you an Earlybird or a Night Owl? Choose your time slot for entry/arrival (you can stay as long as you like!), with tickets available on the door only for you Night Owls (but be aware, all the street food may have sold out, the bar will stay open though). But it’s the Earlybird that catches the worm, so The Night Market are also offering discounted tickets if you buy two at once, but this deal is only available if you buy tickets in advance.
Tickets for the Night Market in Manchester cost £4 for general admission, £3.50 for concessions and you can get two tickets for £7. Tickets are now available to buy here.
