Wine and cheese is a match made in heaven- but what if you could enjoy it all as part of a bottomless brunch? Well, this cheese and wine bar nestled within the Greater Manchester market town of Ramsbottom is offering exactly that. Move over Eggs Benedict and Bellinis and say hello to a weekend of unlimited vino alongside melted cheese.
Launching from October 8th and taking place every Saturday and Sunday thereafter, The Mouse Trap has a bottomless brunch offering that you’re going to want to snap up. Specialising in the best artisan cheeses around, the venue is the perfect place to have a graze and a catch-up and you know you’re going to get some damn good cheese.
The Mouse Trap’s bottomless brunch includes unlimited drinks of white, red and rosé wine, Prosecco and Aperol Spritz. As for the food, you can choose from the Ramsbottom cheese and wine bar’s gooey options of fondue or raclette.
Get your fondue fix by sharing a pot of melted Swiss style cheese with crusty bread, potatoes and cornichons for dipping, plus you can add charcuterie meats and chutney and chilli jelly from their cheese shop, The Cheese Emporium. Their raclette sharer consists of baked, melted and oozing Tunworth Camembert, topped with a drizzle of British honey and fragrant rosemary, served with baked crusty rolls, Trealy Farm cured meat, cornichons and chilli jelly.
Adding to the endless wines and locally sourced cheeses, The Mouse Trap will be playing plenty every 90s throwback you could ever need to take your weekend up a notch (or two). Bottomless brunch at The Mouse Trap is available on Saturday and Sunday, 12pm-4pm, for a 90-minute sitting.
Priced at £25 per person, the bottomless drinks are an ‘add on’ to the food options of Fondue Fix (£25) and British Raclette (£24.95) all of which can be shared with your party. Minimum party of four people to book- quote “bottomless” on your reservation when booking here or drop them a direct message on Instagram.
The Mouse Trap can be found at 47 Bolton St, Ramsbottom, Bury, BL0 9HU.
