Just when we thought we’d seen (and eaten) it all, The Botanist has pulled out the stops for Christmas 2021, revamping their beloved menu with a Christmassy twist.
Bringing the flavours of the season to an array of dishes that feature on the well-known restaurant’s menu all year round, guests can indulge in some seriously warming dishes – without having to wait til the Big Man tumbles down the chimney to do so.
Boasting a hanging kebab complete with turkey, stuffing and pigs and blankets (with all the trimmings, of course), The Botanist aims to wow this season – with plenty of festive dishes on the menu to enjoy. From pigs in blankets starters to huge festive sharing boards packed with party favourites, guests won’t be disappointed by the diversity on offer this year.
Revamping the brand’s popular ‘hot boards’, guests will be able to tuck into turkey koftas, pigs in blankets, whole garlic prawns and baked camembert with prosciutto, alongside vegan options such as roast butternut, walnut and clementine salad, sweet potato houmous, crispy porcini gnocchi with truffle mayo and celeriac, cashew nut and mushroom pot pie.
James Scott, Executive Chef for The Botanist, said “We can’t wait to welcome guests with their friends and family during the festive season. Our new Autumn-Winter menu contains cosy classic dishes alongside some new festive favourites – designed to let people celebrate Christmas whenever suit them! At The Botanist, we believe the winter Tis the season to really indulge!”
