The perfect burger for Northerners.
After what feels like a lifetime since its temporary disappearance from Solita’s menu, Solita Sundays are back – with their beast of a Sunday roast burger returning for the weekly occasion. The burger has been a classic for quite some time, with Mancs absolutely loving its piled high treats smothered in gravy.
Consisting of their famous Wagyu beef – the burger is piled high with a patty, roast beef and veggies, before being topped with a big fluffy Yorkshire pudding and a chunky pig in a blanket. To finish, gravy is poured directly over the burger, dripping right down the tasty tower – providing gravy in as many bites as possible.

The giant burger is joined by a ‘proper Sunday roast’, too, served on a tray Solita style with all the trimmings. Solita Sundays are available at both Manchester restaurants, NQ and Didsbury, for collection and delivery.
