Sabrina Carpenter has today announced the UK/European leg of her wildly-anticipated Short n’ Sweet tour and the Carpenters will be happy to know that a Manchester gig is on the horizon. The singer who rose to fame starring in the Disney Channel series Girl Meets World and is best known for her recent songs Espresso and Please, Please, Please will be heading to Manchester in March 2025.
The Short n’ Sweet tour kicks off this September, with its 33 North American arena dates selling out immediately, and then the singer will head to Europe to perform in cities such as Dublin, London, Manchester, Paris, Berlin and Amsterdam, to name a few. Sabrina Carpenter will play at The O2 on March 8, 2025 – which will her second ever London headline show – before heading to Glasgow’s OVO Hydro then the newest arena in Manchester, Co-op Live, on March 13, 2025.
Support on Sabrina’s UK/EU shows comes from Rachel Chinouriri: fellow breakout stars Amaarae, Griff, and Declan McKenna are already confirmed to open the North American leg of Short n’ Sweet tour.
Sabrina Carpenter’s record-breaking 2024 continues as Espresso claimed its sixth non-consecutive week at number 1 in the UK last week (knocking her own Please Please Please to number 2, which spent 3 weeks in the top spot). Moreover, Sabrina extended her own record as the female artist to concurrently occupy numbers 1 and 2 for the most consecutive weeks – recently surpassing The Beatles, and now matching Justin Bieber’s month-long chart residency.
