Finally, some good news.
Providing pizza for the people since 2014, Ancoats-born Rudy’s has temporarily closed its doors across all restaurants amid the Coronavirus pandemic, but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the UK’s number one pizza in the comfort of your own home during this strange ordeal.
Offering up the new service for the first time ever, Rudy’s fans are now able to order their favourite pizzas to scran at home, with both the Ancoats restaurant and the Peter Street restaurant participating.

Hi folks, We hope you are all as well as can be during this difficult time. With a heavy heart we have decided to temporarily close our Pizzeria’s for dine in guests. The good news is that we have made a Click n Collect service available to those who wish to enjoy Rudy’s at home. This is now live in Ancoats and Peter Street. It’s simple, download the Rudy’s app or order your favourite pizza via our website and then collect. Or you can just pop in. We’re working with @deliveroo to launch Rudy’s Delivery and will keep you updated. Thank you for your continued support, keep safe! Team Rudy’s X
Currently, the new service is click and collect only, which requires customers to download the Rudy’s app to place their order, before popping in to pick it up at your chosen restaurant, however, the much-loved pizzeria has revealed that they’re also working with Deliveroo on launching Rudy’s Delivery for those who live a little further afield.
The restaurant is well-known for its deliciously doughy Neopolitan pizzas, which have been named the best in the UK, and tenth best in the world. The pizzeria is just the latest of many Manchester businesses who have been forced to close their doors to protect the health and safety of their staff and customers following the Prime Ministers new social distancing advice.
