Immerse Yourself In The Weird And Wacky World Of Rocky Horror At This Curious Drive-In Show

By Laura Rogan January 12, 2021

Drive-in to the whacky world of Rocky Horror…

Perking up our lives post-lockdown for a bit of a boogie and a pelvic thrust, DriveInside will be popping up at the Trafford Centre to transport us to a livelier world than our own – full of eccentric folk and strange goings-ons. And it’s set to be an immersive affair, too, with Riff Raff, Magenta, Columbia and Eddie on hand to lead you into the Annual Transylvanian Convention.

Transforming the space especially for the very special theatre show, guests will be able to head inside Frank-N-Furter’s mansion, where they’ll meet two of the sweetest strangers before joining the rest of the gang. That’s when you’ll be placed in your own isolated area, ready to buckle up (not literally) for two hours of camp and crazy fun with the cult-classic story. And the best part? Since you’ll be tucked up around the safety of your own car, there’ll be no one around to judge your rusty Time Warp moves.

The drive-in theatre show will be serving up refreshments throughout, so you won’t need to stock up beforehand (unless you want to!), and you’ll be provided with folding seats to use in your own socially distanced space. Tickets are available for cars of up to five people, and you can purchase yours here.
