A brand new ‘picturesque’ cafe has officially opened its doors in the Northern Quarter, promising plenty of photo opps at every turn. And when we say ‘every turn’, trust us when we say, it does not disappoint.
Found on Church Street, which is also home to Jerk Shack and the original Northern Soul, On The Hush comes to life as soon as it opens its doors at 10am – bringing rainbow aesthetic by the bucketload.
Serving ‘indulgent’ brunches and colourful coffees with sweet treats, guests can tuck into classic dishes such as vegan pancakes with berries and salted caramel ice cream, brioche cinnamon and vanilla French toast, or the classic avocado on toast, with plenty of vegan and veggie options to enjoy, too.
In addition to their delicious brunch dishes, guests can also enjoy multi-coloured lattes which come in a choice of colours including pink, lilac, blue, green or vanilla topped with glitter and edible gold, or, visit by night when the venue transforms into a glam cocktail bar, serving up tasty cocktails in glass slippers.
The cocktail menu boasts quirky twists on classic cocktails, including a butterscotch cookie Old Fashioned, a salted caramel Espresso Martini and a Pornstar Tikitini.
Owner, David Faini, said: “Our vision for On The Hush was to create a beautiful venue where guests can relax in the day over delicious food and hot drinks, but then it comes alive at night with high quality cocktails and great music.
“Ensuring that we not only have a fantastic looking venue, but also a great atmosphere and delicious food and drinks is paramount to us so we’ve recruited a really strong bar and kitchen team. We can’t wait for everyone to come and let us know what they think!”
On The Hush Manchester is open now, and you can find them at 24 Church St, M4 1PN.
