Adam Thomas’ ‘Oh My Glaze’ To Open In The Trafford Centre With Chicken Wings & Fiery Flavours

Expect a whole lotta sauciness!

Following six years of success on the streets, Adam Thomas and Scott Graham’s Oh My Glaze is set to open its first-ever restaurant, giving the street food fixture a proper home for the first time ever.

Taking up residence within the Trafford Centre, the new foodie spot will open this Autumn, with a mouthwatering menu of old favourites and new for guests to try out.

Based on the offering fans already know and love from Oh My Glaze, guests will be able to tuck into dishes such as sticky chicken wings, delicious wraps and burgers, bringing together the duos expertise from running both Oh My Glaze and Gatley’s beloved The Spinn burger restaurant.

Each dish will be topped with an Oh My Glaze sauce, with the likes of Mexican Chipotle Chocolate and Spicy Banana Reaper up for grabs – alongside other fun creations such as the Passionfruit Punch and classic Bloody Mary.

Opening from October 29th, Oh My Glaze will take centre stage in the new ‘hanger’ event space outside The Great Hall, which is sure to be the highlight of the shopping centre this Autumn and Winter – with tons of events and festivities planned for both Halloween and Christmas.

Actor and owner Adam Thomas said: “From serving our famous Oh My Glaze wraps on the streets for five years we finally have a place we can call home: the iconic Trafford Centre! We’re buzzing to be launching this new venture, and after looking for several sites to launch our first Oh My Glaze kitchen we felt the Trafford Centre was the place to be. There are so many exciting things happening in and around Manchester, especially at the Trafford Centre, and we felt we had to be in the mix. And so, here we are… expect the unexpected and be part of the next chapter with Oh My Glaze!”

Zoe Inman, Centre Director at the Trafford Centre, said: “We’re absolutely thrilled that Adam and Scott have chosen the Trafford Centre for their first-ever Oh My Glaze kitchen. Scott and Adam are joining us at a really exciting time at the centre, as we prepare both the centre and our fantastic outdoor event space for Halloween and Christmas – and we’re sure that visitors are going to absolutely love what they’re bringing to the centre!”
