From the creators of La Discothèque, get ready for The Little Disco‘s return to Freight Island this New Year’s Eve! 3. Albert’s Schloss

This New Year’s Eve, Albert’s Schloss is rewinding the clock and turning back time to the turn of the millennium. 4. The Lawn Club

This New Year’s Eve, The Lawn Club Manchester is celebrating with a full day of festivities in the heart of Spinningfields. Guests can kick things off with a festive bottomless brunch from 12pm-3pm (£39.50pp), complete with 90 minutes of free-flowing drinks and two brunch courses, with highlights including pigs in blankets loaded fries, nduja pulled pork bun, and the brunch classic chicken ‘n’ pancakes.

14. Midnight Fish at Sexy Fish

Sexy Fish Manchester is set to ignite the city’s most electrifying New Year’s Eve celebration with Midnight Fish, the brand’s signature end of year spectacle, in partnership with Don Julio 1942. 22. Mulligans

26. The Blues Kitchen

The Blues Kitchen is going big this New Year’s Eve, the Blues way: three live sets of soulful bangers and R&B anthems from our legendary house band, with DJs mixing all the way ’til 3am.

If you would like to join us for a New Years Eve meal, we’ll be serving our full restaurant menu all night. Booking a table after 9pm guarantees you a table as a base for the whole night and costs £40pp.

If you’d like to dine earlier in the evening, you can book this for free. The last free table bookings on NYE is at 7pm. For these bookings you will have your table for two hours from arrival and you will be welcome to stay and party with us for the rest of the night.

27. St Peter’s Square

St Peter’s Square will be the place to be for firework fans on NYE, with a DJ-led family friendly event hosted by BBC Radio Manchester presenter Joe McGrath, with DJ Jimmy the Gent spinning the tunes. Expect high spirits and party tunes in the run-up to the traditional midnight countdown, which will be followed on the stroke of twelve by a not-to-be-missed firework and light display off the roof of Manchester’s iconic Central Library building.

28. Albert Square

Over on Albert Square meanwhile, New Year revellers will be able to experience all the fun of the fair including Manchester’s giant festive Ferris Wheel – the biggest mobile wheel in the country – alongside an absolute foodie fest, plus seasonal tipples from stalls that have had the crowds packing out the square every day since Manchester’s legendary Christmas markets opened back in November.
With a host of independent craft stalls on the square, as well as selfie spots galore throughout to backdrop the all-important countdown to 2026 for socials, those with a head for heights can swap a view of midnight fireworks for a view instead from the top of the big wheel, of the rooftops of Manchester and beyond as the city and its neighbours bring in the new year.
