You can now enjoy Nell’s at home.
Our favourite restaurants have been forced to adapt throughout this pandemic, but there’s no denying that they’ve worked incredibly hard to provide us with great foodie experiences, despite being closed to diners. From takeaway delivery to home kits that have been rolled out nationwide by many, the hospitality industry has clung on for dear life – and we couldn’t be more appreciative for these little things that have got us through lockdown. And now, seeing us out the last month of ‘stay at home’ restrictions, popular city centre pizza pros Nell’s Pizza has made their tasty NYC-inspired pizzas available as a ‘bake at home’ product.
Set to launch next month, the new product has been in the making for the past year – with Nell’s finally ‘cracking the code’ to the perfect home pizza experience.
Announcing the new product on Instagram, the post read: “We’ve been working on bake at home pizzas for almost a year and we’ve finally cracked the code. Our house dough is proved for 72hrs and layered up with primo ingredients in a tin dish so all you have to do is FIRE IT UP”
Modelled on their staple Grandma Pie, the new pizzas boast the beloved flavours and feel of Nell’s restaurant pizzas, but with a thicker crust which bakes to ‘crispy, bubbly perfection’ when finished off in the oven.
Available in a selected number of local, Manchester-based stores, the pizzas will start off with their OG Cheese flavour, which includes a crushed tomato base, mozzarella blend, parmesan and extra virgin olive oil. Check out the full list of stockists below:
- Ancoats General Store
- Bernie’s Grocery Store, Heaton Moor
- Stretford Food Hall
- Groceries & Beer, Sale
- Store, Castlefield
- The Beagle, Chorlton
- Grape to Grain, Prestwich
There’s currently no word on whether the pizzeria will introduce any additional toppings, however, for now, you can take advantage of the new bake at home pizzas from March 4th.
