Did we mention it’s coming home?
Research led by mobile reseller Buymobiles has revealed, quite unsurprisingly of course, that Manchester is the best city in the UK to watch the Euros.
After ranking 28 of the UK’s major cities based on a number of different factors, including the average cost of a pint, venue ratings, and a ‘footy-mad’ score determined by Google Trends, Manchester came out on top.

In second place is Liverpool, confirming what football fans in the North West already knew: that there is nowhere better to be this week. London didn’t even make the top ten, confirming, again, what we already knew: that Manchester reigns supreme over the capital. This was despite having one of the best ‘footy-mad’ scores and easily the biggest population, but of course it was the cost of a pint that let it down. Shame, eh?
