After a weekend of gorgeous weather here in mighty Mancunia, Mancs can bask in the news that the sunshine is here to stay – with the Met Office predicting some pretty lush temperatures for the coming days.
Starting as early as tomorrow with highs of up to 18 degrees, Manchester is set to receive weather which is ‘Dry and settled, with plenty of warm sunshine’, with experts predicting that Manchester’s signature grey clouds will be kept at bay all week long.
As the week goes on, temperatures will slowly decline back to a cooler, spring average, however, will remain as high as 14 degrees (definitely t-shirt weather up North!) by Sunday – the week’s coolest day. It’s expected that mild, sunny spring weather will continue to see the month of March out on a high, before the April showers return with a vengeance alongside expected hail and thunder. Better make the most of the beer gardens while we can!
The remainder of England will also enjoy this week’s surprise mini-heatwave, too, with only a little bit of cloud expected here in the North West tomorrow. See you at the pub, Mancs!
