One of Manchester’s favourite nightclubs is now licensed until 6am.
Some nights you can’t wait for the clubs to kick out, you were ready for your cheesy chips and gravy hours ago and but your mates were having none of it. Other nights the lights come on and you’re not ready to leave, the bouncers say you don’t have to go home but you can’t stay there, but where is there to go apart from Chinese Karaoke and the strippers?
Thankfully, Indie club The Venue has the solution! The underground club has been granted permission by Manchester City Council to extend its licence to 6am, which means, Satan’s Hollow is no longer the only legitimate late-night option in Manchester.
Venue is open every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday and hosts three club nights which, until recently, ran from 10.30pm until 3am.
Wednesday – DISORDER – A mix of Indie, Alternative and Rock & Roll.
Friday – Live Forever – Indie, Motown, Disco, Funk and Soul.
Saturday – Indiependence – Indie and Dance.
The club is also open on further nights for special events including bank holiday Sundays. Entry price is £6 but concessions are available for students and with flyers.
