Mamucium has unveiled a new unlimited sharing menu, served with a side of intrigue.
Available from April 15, the menu has been designed by Andrew Green, Executive Chef at the Manchester restaurant, to leave guests guessing by utilising whatever seasonal ingredients are available in the Mamucium kitchen.
Ideal for larger parties, the element of surprise turns the meal into an interactive experience, as dishes are shared across the table. And the best bit? It’s unlimited, so diners can have more of their favourite course.
This unique approach means the menu changes with the seasons and guests are able to experience completely new dishes during each visit.
Andrew Green, Executive Chef at Mamucium said:
“I’m really excited to see the response to this new concept. I’ve always been incredibly passionate about being creative and bold, putting a modern twist on classic dishes people know and love. Here, guests can come in and try something new, pushing them out their comfort zones and generating conversations. I want them to leave, having experienced unique flavours and ingredients that perhaps they wouldn’t if they were left to their own devices.”
Situated within Hotel Indigo Manchester, Mamucium’s modern British menu offers a creative melting pot of classic dishes that have been given a unique, northern spin; inspired by Chef Green’s Manchester roots.
The unlimited sharing menu is priced at £59.00 per head. To make a reservation click here.
