As far as food concepts go, the ‘all-you-can-eat’ offering is a force to be reckoned with. Paying a set fee to try pretty much everything on the menu (or, as much of it as you can stomach)? Don’t mind if I do – particularly if it doesn’t scrimp on the meat. And trust us when we say, Altrincham’s brand new all-you-can-eat offering, Jardim, will not.
Brought by the co-founder of Spinningfield’s popular Fazenda and King Street’s Tast, Jardim Rodizio will take up residence in Altrincham’s Old Post Rooms – bringing a whole new lease of life to the beautiful Art Deco building in the form of a new, Brazilian bar and restaurant.
Following in the footsteps of Fazenda, Jardim Rodizio will serve a signature rodizio meat selection, alongside a “large choice of lighter options” to enjoy, too – with stunning garden-style decor and a fully-stocked bar to accompany.
Founder Robert Melman said: “I wanted to create something new where I can add the personal touch again. I love the excitement of bringing fresh and new ideas together and building a team to deliver that. As brands grow bigger that personality can be lost.
“Jardim has been a lockdown project of mine and I am loving the excitement of bringing something new to Altrincham. I have had the opportunity to be creative again and have loved exploring the perfect blend of Brazilian style dining with some of my native Argentina.
“As I never had the chance to say goodbye to my former team, who were like a family to me, I think it’s important for them to see that no matter the situation, you can always make good, even in the most trying of times.”
Jardim Rodizio will open this November. Stay tuned here for more.
