Much Loved American-Themed Restaurant Home Sweet Home Is Re-Opening This Weekend

By Laura Rogan

It’s been so long!

If your heart has been aching for its fix of chicken and waffles, then it can finally rest – as Home Sweet Home has announced they’ll be re-opening in just a few days time.

The much-loved restaurant, which recently closed the doors to its Great Northern venue, revealed the exciting news on social media today (after us continuously refreshing their Instagram for updates), letting fans know they’ll be able to enjoy their tasty brunches again sooner rather than later.

Closing their doors back on March 18 as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic, Home Sweet Home refrained from offering food via home delivery while their Northern Quarter venue was closed, instead ceasing all activity until it was deemed safe to re-open.

Accepting bookings for this Saturday July 11 and onwards, customers will be welcomed back to enjoy breakfast, brunch and pancakes – with no further news on when to expect the return of their beloved dinner menu or huge, fresh cakes (unfortunately for us cake fiends!).
