This Manchester Bakery Has Created Tasty Cake Boxes So You Can Enjoy The ‘Bake Off’ Finale In Style

By Laura Rogan

What better way to curb those GBBO cravings?

If there’s one thing we need during any episode of the Great British Bake Off, it’s treats. There’s just something about watching people make train-wreck versions of baked delights that gets our sweet tooths going, and satisfying that itch is local bakery Bakeorama – who’ve come up with their own genius GBBO boxes delivered only on Tuesdays.

Available to pre-order now with a cocktail kit to accompany, customers can prepare themselves for next week’s grand finale with the ultimate treat selection – which includes a slab of rainbow cake, a piece of chocolate orange brownie pie, carrot cake truffle and a peanut butter and jam cookie pie slice. The box also includes a cherry bakewell cocktail kit, keeping in the theme of baked goods especially for the occasion.

Each box costs just £20, catering for two, and can either be collected from Grub MCR, or delivered straight to your door in time for Tuesday’s episode. The boxes are available as part of Grub Mcr’s E-Mart – with a weekly-changing roster of local businesses providing the goods each week. This week, enjoy vegan kebab kits from Seitans Kebabs, Yao Yao Noodles and baked treats from Bee Kind Bakery.
