Giant roast dinners and a build-your-own Bloody Mary bar, what a time to be alive.
The Anthologist in St. Peter’s Square and The Refinery in Spinningfields are bringing the ultimate Sunday dinner to the city centre, as they introduce the roast version of sharing platters to their menus just in time for beer garden season.
The enormous ‘Sunday sharers’ (recommended for two or three people, but we’re not here to judge) are available now and allow diners to choose from roast pork belly or roast chicken with all the trimmings. These including roasted winter veg, goose fat roast potatoes and Yorkshire puddings the size of a small country.
In addition to the platters, the bars will also introduce a ‘build-your-own Bloody Mary bar’ into their Sunday offering, where diners will be able to play mixologist and hand-pick ingredients to create their perfect Bloody Mary.
Massive plates of Sunday dinner and Bloody Mary’s just how you like them? Essentially… it’s the ultimate hangover cure.
‘The Director’s Cut’ Sunday roast platters are priced at £44.95. To book, email info@anthologistmanchester.co.uk or info@refineryspinningfields.co.uk
