Smells like cheeseburgers and teen spirit.
The world’s finest (and only, surely?) Elvis-fronted tribute to Nirvana is coming to Manchester. From the bowels of Disgraceland, Rock & Roll icons of the afterlife have been raised from the dead to form the ultimate tribute band! Rock & Roll will meet Grunge, as Elvis joins Nirvana and gives the band the front man it’s been missing since ’94.
Elvana (yep) will tear through Nirvana’s catalogue while splicing in ‘grunged up’ sections of the king of rock & rolls finest moments, all culminating in a whopper mash-up of overdrive and old school Rockabilly.
The band will perform at Manchester’s Albert Hall on April 12. Tickets are priced at £22 and are available here.
