London’s all-day breakfast favourite, Eggslut, has announced that it will be opening in Manchester in January 2026 – what an egg-cellent start to the year, eh? After many requests from fans over the years, the much-loved brand that puts the humble egg front and centre is finally heading outside of the capital.

Eggslut made its first UK appearance at Taste of London in 2019 before launching its debut permanent location on Portobello Road later that same year. The brand has spent the six years since taking its all-day breakfast across the capital, opening in Fitzrovia, Shoreditch, Liverpool Street, Stratford, Market Halls Victoria and Canary Wharf – and now it’s coming to Manchester.

The Eggslut menu – putting eggs at the core of every option
Set to open at the end of January inside Centurion House on Deansgate, Eggslut Manchester will continue to do what they do best – putting eggs at the core of every option. Diners can expect the classic Bacon, Egg and Cheese as well as newer additions like the Pork Romesco with crispy pork belly, romesco sauce and an over-easy egg. Other favourites that have been on the menu since the beginning include Fairfax, a soft brioche bun loaded with soft scrambled eggs, caramelised onions, chives, cheddar and sriracha mayo and the addictive social media sensation Truffle Hash Browns.

Joining the menu for Manchester is one of Eggslut’s newest additions – French Toast Sticks – which consist of thick-cut brioche dipped in egg wash, fried until golden, tossed in cinnamon sugar and served with a maple custard. Eggslut Manchester will also be serving up a special blend of coffee made by Kiss The Hippo for Eggslut, their much-loved fresh orange juice, refreshing cold brews, and freshly made matchas.

Catering will be available at the new Manchester store, offering fun miniature buns sliders – perfect for offices, shoots, meetings and events.
“Manchester has been crying out for an Eggslut for too long”
Pedro Ribeiro, Eggslut’s Head of Ops, says of the opening: “Manchester has been crying out for an Eggslut for too long, and we were only too happy to make that dream a reality. The city is the perfect place to bring our kind of breakfast to a brand new area of the UK and we cannot wait to join such a fast-paced and buzzing food scene.”

📍Eggslut Manchester opens in January 2026 at 129 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 3WR.
🕒 Open 7 days a week: 7am – 4pm weekdays, 8am – 5pm on the weekend.
