From drive-in drag shows to four hours of bubbles and brunch with a side of gags, here’s our guide to some of the best drag shows happening this summer.
1. Drive Time Drag
Featuring stars of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK, Drive Time Drag is taking place this weekend – with a whole lot of post-lockdown fun in store. Baga Chipz, Ginny Lemon, Divina de Campo and more will take to the stage with hilarious sets, alongside live DJs who’ll be getting the party started before the drag fun begins. If that wasn’t all, there’ll also be a fab food market to enjoy, too, to keep you fuelled up for the Drag Race antics. 2. Drive2Drag
RuPaul’s Drag Race UK season 2 contestant Joe Black will headline Drive2Drag, which will also feature the likes of Danny Beard, Yshee Black, Minara El Waters and Narcissa Nightshade. Buckle up for 90 minutes of cabaret-style fun in the Trafford Centre’s COVID-safe drive-in theatre, where you can enjoy the show from a safe and social distance. Get tickets here.
3. Queen B Bottomless Drag Brunch
Feelin’ those Beyonce vibes now we’re finally free? Get your best outfit on, fire up the group chat and get a little merry at the Queen B Bottomless Drag Brunch – where you’ll get to enjoy four whole hours of immersive performances from drag queens, DJs and more. Not only that, but guests are also treated to 90 minutes of bottomless prosecco and a brunch dish of your choice, with Beyonce’s music providing the soundtrack to the super sassy occasion. 4. Drag Race Holland Live in Manchester!
Taking place in Manchester’s fabulous Gay Village, one of Europe’s most established drag performers Linda Gold will be providing the drag antics for the evening, with a live cabaret, a fun game of bingo, and even a complimentary glass of fizz and unlimited popcorn included in each ticket. 5. Bougie Drag Bottomless Brunch
The best-selling Bougie Drag Brunch is back with Queens Cara Melle and Kiki Snatch leading the event alongside some of Manchester’s best performers.
