Let’s get gross
This Halloween, the ghouls at Deaf Institute will host a blood-splattered Slasher party that organisers guarantee will have you screaming for the exits. On Saturday (October 27) a special Halloween edition of Girls on Film will see the club transformed into a slaughterhouse of all things bad taste from the 1980s.
Horror lovers can expect blood-soaked club decor, devilish depravity from the hosts Freddie And Jason, glitter n’ gore makeovers and gut-wrenchingly (next day!) cheap drink offers. All set to a soundtracked of hellishly cheesy music provided by Girls on Film mistress Hattie Pearson and special guest dreamboat Grant Orino (Scary Monsters).
And the folks at Deaf Institute know how much we love a good opportunity to dress up and smear ourselves in fake blood so are encouraging revellers to raid the shelves of Poundland, let their imaginations run wild and fill the dance floor with the corpses of dead pop stars, cheerleaders and zombies. And if you’re short on time or lacking inspiration, just come as your best dead self.
