Dakota Grill, situated in the new luxury boutique hotel, Dakota Manchester, has unveiled a pop-up cocktail bar on the restaurant terrace.
Situated on the contemporary waterside terrace, the pop-up cocktail bar will be serving a delightful array of seasonal cocktails, including Chilean Swizzle – a herby twist on the classic Mojito, Lavanda Rosa – low ABV aperitivo bouquet and Spiced Caipirinha – known as the boss’ favourite, providing the perfect location for a spot of al fresco drinking each weekend in September.
As well as drinks, guests will also be able to dine from the bar food menu, which includes tempting small bites such as black truffle and comté croquettes, goat’s cheese arancini and tempura prawns.
Those looking to enjoy Dakota’s selection of Cuban cigars will be able to socialise and indulge in the stunning Cigar Garden, reserved exclusively for cigar aficionados. The luxury outdoor terrace at Dakota Manchester is filled with overhead trees and vines, outdoor gas fires and soft furnishings.
The pop-up cocktail bar will be situated on the waterside terrace each weekend of September and will be serving cocktails from noon to midnight.
