This calculator can estimate when you’ll receive the Covid-19 vaccine.
2020 has finally come to an end, Covid-19 vaccines are underway and you can now find out when you’re likely to be vaccinated. The UK has secured 40 million doses of the vaccine which is enough to immunise 20 million Brits with two shots each.
According to Lord Bethell, around 10 million people in the UK have already received the jab in “the largest vaccination programme in British history.” While the NHS vaccine rollout has begun, there is really no way of knowing when it’ll be your turn to be vaccinated. Understandably, high-risk groups including over 80s, NHS staff, care home workers and their residents, are the first in line.
For those itching to know when they’ll be called upon for the jab, a Vaccine Queue Calculator has been released by Omni Calculator. The calculator isn’t connected to the NHS, however, it is based on the UK government’s nine-point priority list. After entering your age, occupation, health conditions and whether or not you are pregnant, the calculator will give you a rough idea of when you’re likely to be vaccinated.
The Omni calculator will firstly, let you know how many people are ahead of you in the Covid vaccine queue and then give you an estimated time frame for your immunisation. We’ll take what we can get at this point!
