We’re very fashionable people here in Manchester, and our vintage shops are therefore second-to-none. Now, adding to our glorious vintage offering, ClothesCycle, the biggest fashion thrift market in the UK, is set to return to Manchester this coming weekend, to keep us all looking ship-shape.
From 11am – 5pm on Sunday 30th March, the beautiful Grade II* listed Victoria Baths will be host to ClothesCycle, presenting a carefully curated list of 100+ sellers, offering a wide range of styles and items, including plus-sized, gender-neutral, male and female. The ClothesCycle sellers offer something for everyone and every budget, and the market provides a great day out for all the family.
Items on offer at ClothesCycle in Manchester include: vintage (all kinds), streetwear, Y2K, retro, big brands, luxury brands, handmade clothing, bags, shoes, jewellery, archive pieces, current trends, boho, pre-loved wardrobes, bargains under £5, one off pieces, 90s, sportswear, tracksuit brands, artists, prints, greeting cards, ceramics and so much more.
Visitors to ClothesCycle Manchester will get first access to stock curated by the sellers specially for the pop-up, that cannot be found online, plus, sellers who usually sell online will be offering discounted prices – not something you see every day.
You can check out the ClothesCycle Instagram for a list of sellers coming to Manchester, alongside exciting giveaways leading up to the event (£100 cash to be won!). What’s more, the first 100 attendees at the Manchester ClothesCycle event this March will get a free tote bag, and the likes of a tooth gem artist and permanent jewellery seller will be on hand for walk-in appointments all day.
Alongside the market aspect, ClothesCycle will also be holding a clothes swap, where you can bring as many items as you wish, collect your tokens and browse the rails to select your new pieces. Vintage shopping can be hungry work, so ClothesCycle will also have on hand delicious food trucks (with vegan options available), coffee and ice cream – so no need to worry about wasting away under a pile of clothes.
DJs will also be providing music throughout the day, ensuring the vibes are immaculate all day long, and with all of this happening within the gorgeous historical walls of Victoria Baths, you can expect a shopping experience like no other.
You can get tickets ahead of the event here. Tickets are available on the door (if that time slot isn’t sold out), but be sure to get them in advance to make sure your time slot doesn’t sell out. Tickets are non-refundable and under 12s go free.
