Throughout January and February The Loft, Manchester’s go-to venue for extraordinary experiences, will host a series of mindfulness yoga sessions in its glorious Quay Street venue.

The mini-retreat will run from 6.30pm until 8.30pm and guests will have the opportunity to enjoy an introduction to vinyasa and restorative yoga, hosted by lifestyle coach Claudia Mirallegro.

Followed by mindfulness workshops and delicious non-alcoholic (because you know, yoga) CEDER’S cocktails, which will be served into the evening.

Claudia is the internationally beloved health and wellness maven has a passion for helping everyone she encounters, both in her classes and off the mat, realise their full potential. 

In her life, yoga was a game-changer that helped her articulate and actualise her own potential, and it is through her yoga classes, workshops, retreats and online content that she aims to help others find health and happiness.

Each retreat will focus on different topics, including vulnerability, confidence and creativity.

And guests will have the opportunity to reflect on and embrace the lessons they’ve already learnt and express their intentions through vision boards, letters or verbally.
