Schloss is back!
Returning indoors just today, Albert’s Schloss has unveiled a seriously impressive summer season – announcing the return of their Seven Days of Showtime to celebrate the grand reopening.
Well-loved for their frequent nighttime entertainment programmes, the Peter Street venue has aptly titled their summer programme ‘GüldenTage’ – meaning golden days: a period of discovery, celebration and wünderment – with DJs, live singers, pianists and so much more in store for the coming months.
Hosted alongside the venue’s beloved Cook Haus dining, Alpine cocktails and biers, the seven-day event will kick off today, starting the season in style with a day-long party including live sets from DJ Paulette from 12pm, the Schloss Haus band and Hypnojive taking to the stage from 5pm, and DJ Jonjo Williams (Bad Fun, Maribou State Live) keeping the party going through to the early hours.
The week-long party will continue tomorrow throughout the rest of the week, too, with more DJ and live music sets, duelling free-style pianos, kabaret, haus-bands and the return of Schloss’s favourite day of the week, Sunday Service.
At the Cook Haus, guests will find brand new foodie additions to the Alpine-inspired dishes already gracing the menu, including garlic bread topped with melting brie, flaming Baked Alaska, the first-ever Alpine inspired Schloss fondue and a three-course Sunday roast offering.
There will also be rotational biers on tap, starting with Northern Monk Eternal IPA and Shindigger Mango Unchained and a brand new summer cocktail menu, perfect for post-work drinks. The venue’s iconic entryway has also received a summer makeover, with a stunning new flower arch installed by I Want Plants – who have created the impressive piece with a whopping 768 summer flowering plants.
Elsewhere at Schloss, guests can enjoy the brand new outdoor terrace, Schloss Straße, with room enough for 100 on the summer days.
Bookings are open now, and you can find out more about Albert’s Schloss’ entertainment programme here.
