Here comes the sun (hopefully).
Here to make the most of the final summer weeks, 20 Stories has unveiled its brand new terrace. Manchester’s tallest rooftop bar has added even more to its impressive roster, inviting us all in whenever the sun’s out.
The new “quintessential English garden” themed terrace partners with sparkling wine producer Nyetimber, who have curated a new menu. The revamp will run until the end of September, and four glass house sections are included, which can be hired out for groups of six.
New chef Mike Jennings has also created a host of new dishes that can be paired with Nyetimber wines. These also run until the end of September, and include baked local beetroot with whipped goats cheese and sticky walnuts; pan fried scallops with black pudding and pea salad; and whole lobster with garlic butter and fries.
Sales and marketing manager Becky Wilkes said: “Our terrace has become a much talked about feature at 20 Stories, especially since our reopening at the start of July. We want to give our guests a sense of a staycation, and bring the holiday feel to Manchester.”
