Bringing the East to brunch.
Brightening up tier 3 with a fusion of a bottomless brunch, Zouk Tea Bar – a gorgeous city centre Indian restaurant – has created the ultimate breakfast combination for guests to enjoy, meeting East with West for a real taste sensation.
Taking classic Indian flavours and merging them with the traditional English brunch, the new boozy offering allows us Mancs to start the day the right way (with bubbles, of course), with a number of dishes to choose from that are sure to fire up your Saturday.
The menu features creative dishes such as Bollywood Benedict, the Mumbai Breakfast Bun, a Masala Omelette and Bombay Baked Eggs, with each dish seeing a fusion of East and West cooking styles to create the ultimate combo. And to perfectly accompany, there’s a bottomless option available, too – with free-flowing bubbles and beer for just £35pp, which includes a starter, main and sides, too.
Available from 12pm-4pm every Saturday, guests can book their place online now, with the bottomless option lasting 1.5 hours.
