Adding to the abundance of festive trails complete with magical installations is Trentham Winter Light Trail, and better still, it’s only an hour’s drive from Manchester and makes for a fun, wholesome adventure for the season.
This November and December, the unmissable event complete with twinkling lights, festive delights and spectacular sights will return, and it’s sure to make your night merry and bright. Visitors can step into an all-new illuminated light trail at Trentham Gardens this winter and immerse themselves in Yuletide festive wonder with the whole family as Christmas approaches.
When and where does Trentham Winter Light Trail take place?
The light trail at Trentham Estate near Stoke on Trent will take place from Friday 29th November until Tuesday 31st December.
What to expect at Trentham Winter Light Trail
Visitors will be able to discover over a mile of magical illuminations, captivating soundscapes and interactive displays, throughout Trentham Gardens. Discover an array of breathtaking light installations whilst wandering through sparkling tree lines, tunnels of light, and larger than life illuminations throughout the Trentham Estate, with festive surprises around every corner.
Since strolling through illuminated gardens can be hungry work, visitors can savour some delicious food from several local, independent food vendors. Plus, you can conclude your visit at the Après Bar, an alpine ski lodge serving all of your festive favourites including mulled wine, hot chocolate and frosty biers. You’ll also find kids funfair amusements as well as the chance to toast your own marshmallows.
How much are tickets?
Tickets for Trentham Winter Light Trail are available from September 13 with prices starting from £13 for children and senior citizens. Adult tickets start from £17.50 and family tickets start from £55.
