When you say the word ‘bottomless’ here in Manchester, eyes tend to roll at the prospect of yet another bottomless brunch consisting of yet more avo and toast and even more cheap cava. Say ‘bottomless’ at Sushi Mami, however, and you’d find yourself on the receiving end of endless plates of sushi.
Launching just in time for many Manc’s return to the workplace, the Portland Street-based restaurant will be serving up free-flowing sushi every day for both lunch and dinner services – making it the perfect spot to fill your tum when you don’t fancy cooking.
Offering a lengthy menu with prices starting from just £26.99 for as much as you can stomach, guests can gorge on Maki rolls with an array of fillings, alongside endless Nigiri and tons of Sashimi with toppings such as salmon, seabass, crab, grilled eel and sweet omelette.
In addition to free-flowing sushi, guests can also chow down on tasty dishes from the Robata grill, including chicken skewers and lamb chops, as well as Wok dishes such as Japanese curry, sweet and sour chicken and beef in black pepper sauce.
If that wasn’t enough to have you popping your top button, then you’ll be pleased to hear there’s a number of tasty sides on offer as well, with plates such as spring rolls, chicken wings, crispy Gyoza and calamari gracing the menu.
Available to order daily, Sushi Mami’s bottomless offering can be enjoyed for lunch Monday-Sunday between 12-3.30pm (£26.99), or for dinner Monday-Sunday between 5-10.30pm (£32.99 Sun-Thurs, £34.99 Fri-Sat).
