Revolución De Cuba is bringing the Latin vibes this summer.
Creating the ultimate pop-up to make summer 2021 one to remember, Revolución De Cuba is bringing an air of Latina to Deansgate next week, with an inventive ‘Daiq Shack’ which will be packed full of tasty cocktails.
Opening April 12th, the drinks caravan will bring the world’s finest cocktails, tastiest rums and the funkiest Latin vibes to the Great Northern Square – just opposite their Peter Street home which has long attracted Mancs looking for a fun place to drink and dance.
Situated by Great Northern’s very own beach, which is often a bustling place to be in the summer, guests will be able to enjoy summery cocktails under RDC’s very own parasols and seating area, with tables catering for groups of up to six over the spring months.
The menu will feature a number of classics with a little something for everyone, including the famous frozen Strawberry Daiquiri, Mojitos and even a variety of non-alcoholic drinks, too.
Clint Ghent, Revolución de Cuba’s Operations Director said “We’re very excited to be working with Great Northern next month to offer the people of Manchester the full Latin experience they’ve all really missed this summer.
“This is the fiesta we’ve all been waiting for and with our tenth-year anniversary of officially opening landing on April 1st, we’re ready to raise a glass and say thank you to the people of Manchester for supporting us for a decade!”
Speaking of the collaboration, Mark Schofield, Centre Director for Great Northern said: “The team at Great Northern are really pleased to welcome such an iconic brand to the family.
“As Government restrictions only allow restaurants with available seating areas to open in April, we’re happy to offer one of our neighbours on Peter Street the chance to open up and serve the locals of Manchester safely.”
Bookings are not required, and if you fancy a cheeky visit to the Daiq Shack, you can simply rock up, grab and table and enjoy.
