2. BLOK
Located in the lovely Ducie Street Warehouse, BLOK is the gorgeous studio that helps to strengthen and tone your entire body with low impact exercises in a dynamic mat-based class, plus newer reformer classes. Build on body awareness as you work through focused exercises and controlled movements, with physically challenging classes open to all levels including beginners.

Lastly, there’s Kore, a new Reformer Pilates and Hot Yoga Studio nestled in the heart of Rawtenstall, Lancashire – we can forgive that this one isn’t technically Manchester. The classes are designed to build a foundation from the inside out, physically and mentally, creating a ripple effect of wellness throughout the entire body. With plenty of options for all abilities and preferences, this one’s a great studio for those north of Manchester, and offers memberships and one-off classes.
