Food, drink and retail destination Hatch is launching a new fashion market for Manchester.
The ‘Off The Hook’ Market will take place for the first time at Hatch in Manchester’s Oxford Road on March 1 and will bring independent and vintage designers and makers from a combination of Depop and ASOS Market Place together for the first time.
The ‘Off the Hook’ Market will be open from 12-8pm and will be a fantastic opportunity to browse individual and unique pieces from a host of independent designers, labels and sellers you won’t find anywhere else.
Off the Hook is a new collective of independent traders all of whom currently sell their products via Depop, ASOS Market Place or independently in Manchester. Set up by two Manchester School of Art students, Off the Hook is a creative hub for budding artists, designers and musicians – the idea is to build a community via events that everyone can experience which makes it a perfect fit for Hatch.
Music will be provided throughout the afternoon and into the evening via an eclectic mix of a DJs including Fynn Bennell from Rascal and Barney Carr from Notre Dance.
As the sun goes down and Hatch is transformed into a vibrant ‘night market’ visitors are invited to enjoy the Off the Hook party vibes throughout the evening, as great shopping and ace DJs meet incredible street food, craft beer, natural wine and cocktails for one big party under the Mancunian Way.

Seasoned: Nothing But Fries
Ready for a chip-based taste explosion? Seasoned: Nothing But Fries is here with a whole new take on the humble French Fry as they bring a barnstorming bevvy of flavours to the bag of chips. Each gourmet portion of specialist fries comes with its own bespoke dip. Chicken Katsu Curry fries comes with natural yoghurt, honey and coriander, whilst Caribbean Prawn Fries come with Spiced Mango, Spring Onion and Red Chilli dip.
The ‘guys behind the fries’ make seasonal seasonings – with Xmas Dinner fries being one of their most famous to date. Look out for Hatch’s Pancake Day special coming next month! They create as the mood takes them so you’ll always find something fun, exclusive and delicious at their new Hatch shop.
Cyprus Kouzina
This family-run business fuses fresh local produce with fine Cyprus-imported ingredients to create an authentic, Cyprian street food concept that will bring a taste of sun-drenched Mediterranean eating to Hatch. Visitors can expect an eclectic range of dishes including Horiatiki Village Salad, and Tsipoura – a whole grilled seabream dish, plus classics like Chicken Souvlaki and Grilled Halloumi.
Meatless Farm
Meatless Farm is the home of lovingly made, plant-based meat alternatives. This Leeds-based company is dedicated to creating burgers, patties and more – all loaded with taste and texture. Menu includes Smokin’ Meatless Chilli, Saucy Meatless Marinara and their signature vegan bacon and cheese burger.
T’Arricrri
Sicilian brothers Riccardo and Romeo remain at Hatch with their popular arancini operation. Specialising in arancini of multiple varieties (with meat, fish and veggie options), juices made with Sicilian fruits and cannolis, these brothers are guaranteed to bring a smile to your face with their authentic, delicious arancini as well as their passion for Italian and Sicilian food and drink.
Electrik Box
Electrik Box offer 10 lines of draft and craft beers, an all new cocktail list, a beer vending machine, arcade games and one of the best (and free) jukeboxes in town! Watch out for events like Quingo, a fun mash up of a quiz and bingo with prizes galore.
