When is the Northern Flash Sale taking place?
The train operator has released four million £2 tickets which are on sale from 8am on Wednesday 2nd September here. The Flash Sale runs for three days and closes on Friday 4th September.

Discounted tickets in Northern’s Flash Sale are available for travel between 9 September and 23 October 2026, with the highest ticket availability for the following locations:
Leeds, Manchester Piccadilly, Sheffield, Bradford Forster Square, Ilkley, Liverpool Lime Street, Skipton, York, Manchester Airport, Blackpool North, Doncaster, Preston, Newcastle, Hull, Wigan, Hadfield, Manchester Victoria, Carlisle, Manchester Oxford Road, Knottingley, Lancaster, Southport, Warrington Central and Saltburn.
