Manchester Gin Will Open A Bar In The Arches Under Manchester Central

Manchester Gin will open its first dedicated bar, complete with in-house distillery.

Manchester Gin started with a love story. Owners Seb and Jen met and fell in love over gin and a desire to open their own bar.

Now, after three years distilling Manchester Gin, the duo is moving its distillery to Watson Street in Manchester City Centre and opening a bar, Three Little Words, in the adjoining Grade II* listed arches under Manchester Central.

The duo has lovingly restored the gorgeous arches, which have stood empty for more than a decade, and said the stunning red-brick architecture remains a defining feature of the arches. Only now they house something new. A place to spend an hour or an evening making memories over creative drinks and delicious food.

Guests will be able to sip the perfect cocktail under the watchful eye of Wonder Wend, Manchester Gin’s 1,000-litre copper in-house still, which will be the centrepiece of the bar. Better still, the distillery will be open to the public and guest will have the opportunity to take a tour of the distillery, make their own gin or just watch the distillers at work while they eat and drink.
